Human Subject Incentives

Starting after the ASU transition, some internal Psychology Department information is also being maintained at a new Psychology Intranet site.
The department’s business office can issue checks and distribute limited amounts of cash only for the purposes of providing incentives to human subjects participating confidentially in IRB approved research studies. Prior to any checks or cash being provided for a study, appropriate authorization must be obtained and responsible parties must meet with department’s business staff to discuss and determine best practices for the individual lab.
